You have many choices when it comes to making your nipples longer - what you need to decide is if you want this change to be temporary or permanent.

There's always corrective plastic surgery. Not only can this procedure be pricey, but according to medical journals you might not be able to breastfeed in the future. Additionally, a surgeon can botch the surgery.

Some women get their nipples pierced to detract attention from their flat nipples. The piercing can cause your nipples to protrude, especially when they are hard. Of course there is a downside to piercing - it takes a long time to heal and there is a high risk of infection. I've had friends with nipple piercings that got infected and it's not pretty.

The term Gonzo was actually coined by John "Buttman" Stagliano. The best definition of Gonzo that I could find actually came from Stagliano's wife, Tricia Devereaux.
