How does this service work?


You select the movies you would like to see and put them in a queue called My Queue. You'll then receive your selected titles (2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 movies at a time) depending on your plan. We'll include a postage-paid envelope, so once you're done with your selections, just drop the discs in any mailbox. When we receive your returned DVD(s), we'll ship your next selection(s).

What's My Queue?


My Queue is an ordered list of movies you would like to rent. This list grows with as many movies as you put into it, so the more titles you have in your Queue, the greater the likelihood that you will always have the full number of discs (according to your pricing plan) in your possession.

Movies will be sent to you according to rank and availability. The number one slot will always have priority over the number two slot in your Queue . If number one happens to be unavailable, we'll get you number two... and so on. The order of your Queue will determine which movies get shipped out to you first.

How much is your service?


From the casual viewer, all the way up to the aficionado, we've got a plan to match your appetite. Here are your choices:
  • $17.95 - Two at a time
  • $22.99 - Three at a time
  • $27.99 - Four at a time (standard plan)
  • $34.99 - Six at a time
  • $42.99 - Eight at a time
For legal reasons, California residents must be taxed in the range of 7.0%-8.5%, depending on locale.

You may change your service at any time. If you upgrade, you will only be billed the difference in plans. If you downgrade, like cancellations, you will not receive a refund for the partially used month.

What's up with the Free Trial?


Your Free Trial to WantedList is as simple as Jenna Jameson getting a date on a Friday night!
  • Sign up and you'll get the first 10 days of your membership for free. Cancel at anytime.
  • Everyone who signs up will automatically be put on the 2 movies out a time plan.
  • Cancel anytime in your first 10 days and your credit card will not be charged.
  • If you're enjoying your WantedList service and want to continue, just do nothing and your membership will automatically continue with a flat monthly fee of $17.95. If you want to upgrade your membership at that point to get more movies out at a time, simply go to your My Account page, upgrade your plan and we'll pro-rate you the difference in the upgrade. If you decide to upgrade your membership within those 10 days your credit card will automatically be charged and your membership will start.
  • The day you sign up for your account is the commencement date of your membership. The first 10 days of your membership during the Free Trial is a trial period and you can cancel anytime before the 10 day period without being charged for a membership. Your credit card will be billed on the commencement date of your membership each month thereafter unless you cancel your account.
  • There are ZERO commitments and no one will hassle you if you cancel. However, if you prefer to be hassled, our beautiful customer service representatives are ready to fulfill your request. This offer is for first time customers only.

How do I find a movie?


Just like using Yahoo! (Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle! if you didn't know), or any other search engine, you can enter criteria in the search field, and our engine will search on title, performer, and director simultaneously. Movies are also listed under different genres, directors, performers, and production studios.

Unfortunately, we have not implemented fuzzy logic or boolean technology just yet. So for now, you are stuck to linear searches only.

How do I rent a movie?


Once you've found a movie you'd like to check out, just click on the Add to WantedList button, and the movie will be put into your WantedList. EASY!

How do I know I'll like a movie?


You mean what if a plot is lacking a gripping story, or the character building isn't quite up to par? Ummm, yeah... well not only does each title have a description of the action, but will also list accolades it has received.

More importantly, there is a user rating and review in place. If you really liked, or hated a movie, you can let others know what you thought. Just click on the button.

How long can I keep a movie?


You can keep a movie for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties!

How do we make money you ask? We ask ourselves the same question.

How many movies can I check out at once?


That depends on your plan (2, 3, 4, 6, or 8). If you signed up for the four movie plan, you can have four titles in your possession at once.

Lets say for example, that you signed up for the 4 DVD plan. If you return one movie back to us, we'll send out one movie from your WantedList (the first available starting at the top of your queue).

If you send back two movies, then we'll send you two on your list.... and so forth. This ensures that you always have four movies at once.

What about availability?


We like to think we're catering to the porn aficionado, so we're trying to build the largest inventory on the Web. If you find a particular title that you would like us to carry, please make a request on the Contact Page, and we'll do our darndest to get it for you.

If there's a movie in your WantedList that is scheduled to be shipped next, and it hasn't been returned yet, we'll wait until all the returns for the day have been accounted for and see if it's available. Although we try our best to make sure that everyone gets the movies at the top of their WantedList, sometimes they are simply unavailable. In order to assure that you have the maximum number of movies in your possession at all times, please fill your WantedList with plenty of movies. We recommend keeping 10 times your maximum number of DVDs in queue at all times. For instance, if you have the Rock Star (6 DVD plan), have 60 titles in queue.

If all of the DVDs in your rental queue have a "SHORT WAIT" or "LONG WAIT" status, there is no need for worry. We always make more copies available to meet demand. You will always receive all of the DVDs according to your plan. Just keep at least 10 times your max out in queue.

NOW: This movie is in our inventory, and will ship immediately when we receive a DVD back from you.

SHORT WAIT:
This DVD has already been checked out. Even though we stock multiple copies, they may not arrive back as quickly as we hope. Typically this should become available in less than 2 weeks.

LONG WAIT:
The wait for this movie can be considerable, and it may be several weeks before it becomes available. We acquire movies based on our customers' demand, so it is a good idea to leave this movie in your WantedList rental queue.

NOT AVAILABLE:
This title is no longer available to rent. This is due to either a high breakage rate, or because it is out of print from the studio.

What if I receive a disc and it's physically damaged?


Not a problem. We know that sometimes the Postal Service doesn't understand the phrase "Don't Fold, Spindle, or Mutilate". Just submit a damage report on the Contact Page. When we receive the returned broken disc, we'll ship you a new one. Hopefully this won't happen too often though... just kidding... but not really.

How quickly will I receive the next title on my queue?


Once you've dropped your WantedList DVD Returns in the mailbox to send back to us, you're ready for the next DVD in your Queue. Why should you have to wait until they arrive back before your next movie is sent out to you? Well now, you don't!

With Quick Returns™, we guarantee you 1-2 Day turn-around on your DVDs. Once you've dropped your movies in the mail to be returned, you can go to your WantedList Queue and click the 'Quick Returns' link to let us know you've already returned your movies, even if we haven't received them yet.

If we don't receive your movies at one of our multiple distribution centers within 2 days, we'll automatically ship out the next movie in your Queue.


note: We must receive the movies you've marked as returned, before the next set of movies become available for Quick Returns™ processing.

What if I don't receive a title?


Ordinarily, you should receive your titles within 2-4 days. Give it a couple days for weather and acts of God, and if it still hasn't arrived, please notify us on the Contact Page, and we'll send you another. We understand that things happen, so we've installed electronic GPS trackers on all packages... no, not really.

In all seriousness, theft will not be tolerated. We will have Postal Inspectors investigate the issue. If this becomes more than an occasional occurrence, we will be forced to suspend your account, pending a full investigation by the postal service, and fraud divisions of credit card companies.

That being said, we ARE pretty understanding people. Really!

Nowhere on the package will you find an indication that the contents contain adult materials. Your shipments will arrive in plain white envelopes.

We currently have two shipping facilities. One in New Jersey and one in Southern California. Depending on where you live, we ship you movies from the shipping center closest to your address. Our goals are to open several more shipping centers in 2006.

How to I cancel my account?


We're sorry to see you go. But alas, no relationship is forever.
To cancel, visit your My Account page to go through the cancellation process. We're always trying improve our site and service, and your feedback is important to us.

Cancellations are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions as outlined below:
  • Subscriber may cancel online anytime.
  • Cancellations take effect immediately. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods of service.
  • All rented movies must be returned to WantedList within 1 week of cancellation.
  • After Cancellation any unreturned rentals will be subject to standard WantedList restocking fees based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the DVD.

Why aren't all the movies I ordered in my shipment?


If for some reason we don't have all of the movies in your order, the first available ones are shipped to you in 5 days. The rest will be shipped to you as they come in, with no extra charge for shipping.

How do you ship?


We ship via FedEx ground only. Packages take between 1-5 business days to arrive. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order. In the email, there will be a link to track your package.

When do you charge my credit card?


We will NOT charge your credit card until your order is shipped out of our warehouse and on its way to your eagerly awaiting mailbox.

How much does shipping cost?


New items: Only $4.95 for each order. Whether you order one or a hundred DVDs, the shipping fee is the same.

"Buy My Copy" items have no shipping fees attached. Since you already have the DVD in your possession, there's no reason for us to charge you a shipping fee. Now doesn't that work out nicely?

What is the "Buy My Copy" button?


This option is only available to rental club members. By clicking this button, you can instantly buy the rental movie in your possession. You pay the normal cost of the movie (with a member discount), without paying the $4.95 shipping fee.

Just go to your WantedList rental queue page, and find the movie you want to keep. Click on the “Buy My Copy” button, and we will automatically bill you for it. The next available rental movie on your WantedList will also be shipped to you right away.

No. Unfortunately, FedEx does not allow for packages to be delivered to a P.O. Box. Only rental movies can be delivered to a P.O. Box.

What is your return policy?


If you receive a defective or damaged DVD, we will replace it free of charge. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. Once we receive it, a replacement DVD will be shipped to you immediately.

What if my DVDs totally suck and I really want to return it?
