10. I am having audio/video problems with the movies, what can I do to fix the problem?
Our service requires the use of Flash 10 or higher to provide the highest quality video experience. Our videos work well on both PC and MAC platforms with the Flash Player.
If you hear audio without a video image, that would indicate that you have an older version of flash installed, you need to upgrade to Flash version 10 for proper video playback. You can upgrade to the newest Flash player for free.

11. How do I cancel my account?
