DVD Description
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, well not quite if the hot nurses have anything to say about it. when the staff adds spanish fly to the water system it makes this a laugh riot. The nurses are not all that hot but with the classic John Holmes and his enormous legend things get heated. if you like this then check out Love In Strange Places. Also featuring Slim Pickens playing their favorites. It is a classic so expect 70's scenes with bad ambulance props and scenarios.

the only scenes I liked were the John C. Holmes ones. The rest of the video was funny for entertainment but not spankable.
