Nothing but fake orgasms (unless you believe it only takes women 10-20 seconds to get off) and fake squirting achieved by douching with about a quart of water or Summer's Eve and then squirting it out - although some of the girls have impressive pelvic muscles. I had high expectations for this one cause it combines my two fav porn genres (lesbians and female ejaculation). However, it was rather dissappointing. There was often too much going on in the screen (often 4-6 women) so there were very few close ups. Often times the noises you hear offscreen sound far more interesting than what the cameraperson chose to focus on. While some of the women were very attractive, others were below average. And the worst part about it was some of the sex was downright violent... I don't mind rough sex, but there was some hard slapping and strangulation which I found was a huge turn off for me. And, (as is often the case for lesbian porn), there was far too much reliance on toys and very little pussy licking. Though perhaps the toys were necessary for the women to squirt.
